We well understand the importance of providing our partners with high-quality service support, and at present ServiceNB is represented by a service network consisting of more than 230 service partners in Russia and the CIS countries, which are managed by our experienced employees of the Moscow office.
Each Authorized Service Partner passes annual mandatory certification for compliance with ServiceNB requirements. We evaluate many parameters and key performance indicators, recommending to our Partners only really reliable service centers authorized by us, confirming the status they have earned with Affiliate Certificates.
Own service hub ServiceNB with an area of 500 square meters. m serving legal entities is located in Moscow and provided with modern diagnostic equipment, including antistatic furniture and flooring.
ServiceNB is:
- strict inventory control of received equipment and spare parts;
- storage and daily smart logistics of spare parts to service centers in the Russian Federation and the CIS, as well as their timely return from authorized service centers to the Moscow service hub ServiceNB;
- online monitoring of all service cases, timing control, their connection into a single ecosystem vendor-retailer-service center-end consumer;
- a sophisticated logistics system including “Door to door” throughout the coverage area. Own logistics in Moscow and Moscow Region;
- all types of equipment overhauls based on our own facilities, and with the possibility of field service in the territory of our Partners;
- Own management system of authorized service centers throughout the coverage area
ServiceNB service hub in Moscow processes over 15,000 service calls per month. The entire service network - more than 25,000 service calls per month.
ServiceNB has a staff of highly qualified repair engineers able to carry out repairs at the component level, traditionally considered difficult, but enabling the customer to minimize the cost of the service.
